How to make delicious Beet salad in easy way
In this post we will see how to prepare delicious healthy Beetroot salad.
Wash properly beet, carrot and peel them off.
Boil potato, beet and carrot for 15 mins.
Cut the onion into small pieces.
Cut the boiled potato, carrot and beet into small dices.
Take the salad bowl and add the above ingredients into it. Add lemon juice or vinegar. Add salt to taste and also enhance its taste by adding black paper to it.
Mix all the ingredients in bowl.
If you like, then you can even add tortilla chips or wafers.
